Outreach is one of our core values. Both in our community and abroad, we believe that there are people who need to know about life changing love of Christ.
We also believe that calling belongs to each and every one of us (Matt. 28:19-20). That is why Christian Life Center makes supporting Missions one of our highest priorities. We do this three ways. Through supporting our US and World Missionaries through monthly contributions, short term missions trips to different location (including Honduras, Guatemala, Cuba, Haiti, Mexico, as well as East St. Louis, New Orleans, and Los Angeles), and finally with our weekly Food Pantry.
The Christian Life Center Food Pantry started as a way that we could give back to our community. Little did we know how blessed we would be to open our doors every Thursday at 5:00 PM and get to spend time with the amazing people who receive groceries through this program. Our program provides groceries for thousands every month and as an added bonus we have made great friendships with our consumers. We partner with the Greater Chicago Food Depository and receive truck loads of food every week. Our food pantry runs off of the gifts of kind hearted individuals who partner with us for $5.00/Month.
